Pause drawing in highlights#700

When I do a drawing on a highlight, I want the drawing to stay on the screen for at least 30 seconds, or at least be able to pause the highlight while the drawing is on the screen.
At the moment, the drawing stays for 5 seconds and the disappears and the video keeps playing.
This doesn’t give enough time to explain the drawing while doing video review
