Let’s just eiminate the need to upload games into HUDL for game stats. Possession, passes attemped/completed/unsuccessful,shots, saves, tackels, turnovers - basically every stat that a coach would need for a team and then broken down by player as well so that each player can see their personal conversion ratios of shots, passess, etc.
We currently pay a Veo subscription to host our videos, then turn around and pay Huld to host those same videos so we can use hudl assist for stats. This would be huge and an opportunity for Veo to increase revenue.
Extending on this point. So much more analytics is possible on game data by having access to raw data.
For example, if I am able to download the shots on goal location (Left/Right), I can easily calculate shot-to-goal percentage over time for each side of the field or player by joining with player game day formation database.
We can take this further to analyze the specific ways a player increases their probability of success with goals, defense or dribbles.
Additionally, users can create team dashboards to easily track development.
So much can be done with raw data. CSV, XML, JSON file formats would work.
