Draw on a Interactive Highlight#113

It would be great to be able to have the draw feature when creating an interactive highlight. The interactive highlight feature is often required to zoom and follow the play properly to truely showcaset the player. However, you are not able to draw on the screen to identify which player you want to bring attention to in this mode.
